Damaged on the way? Send a photo within 7 days and a replacement ships free.
Wrong size, paper or crop from what you chose? I’ll remake it free.

Limited editions are numbered, and each comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Email a photo of the print and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. You don't need to send it back. A replacement is made and shipped at no cost, usually within a week.
If I got something wrong, such as the size, paper or crop you chose, I'll remake it free and cover the shipping.
If you're not happy with your print for any other reason, get in touch within 14 days of delivery. I'll work with you to make it right, with a reprint, a different size or another fair solution.
Because every print is made just for you, prints can't be returned for a refund when you change your mind.
Studio prints are packed in rigid, protective packaging. Canvas and metal are corner-protected and boxed by the lab. Every order has tracking, and you'll get an email when it ships.
